Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to specs.
Implement and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows for data exchange.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high availability.
Create technical documentation for integration processes.
Stay updated on Tibco/Workato features to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience with Tibco (BusinessWorks/EMS) and/or Workato.
API integrations with REST and SOAP.
Data transformation tools/techniques (JSON, XML).
SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts.
Debugging and troubleshooting integration issues.
Experience with Agile development; Advanced English (required).
