📋 Description

  • Provide 2nd level escalation support for Tier 1 Help Desk.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software remotely and on-site.
  • Resolve tickets and provide desk-side support to onsite customers.
  • Install, monitor, troubleshoot, and support printers, devices, networks.
  • Track incidents, assets, and projects in the ticketing system; coordinate with vendors.
  • Travel to client sites in the Washington, DC area for break/fix tickets.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years desk-side support, supporting VP/VIP levels.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Certifications: MCP, Google IT Support, or HDI-CSR.
  • AD, Terminal Services, VPN (ZScaler), Windows imaging tools.
  • OneDrive/Azure/Office 365/Teams/SharePoint; ServiceNow; BitLocker.
