📋 Description

  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server; remotely upgrade software databases.
  • Support Windows Server tech (2012/2016), Exchange, DNS, AD, and virtualization.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager to set upgrade timelines.
  • Explain upgrade processes and assess site readiness for customers.
  • Perform upgrades and coordinate with Implementation Team for post-upgrade support.
  • Administer Windows Server: AD, DNS/DHCP, ADFS, GPO, Exchange (Office 365).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years in similar role or equivalent.
  • Windows Server admin: AD, DNS/DHCP, ADFS, Group Policy.
  • Network troubleshooting: L2/L3 switches, VLANs, VPN, routing.
  • VMware ESX expertise.
  • Web services: IIS, Apache, Tomcat.
  • IAM: LDAP, RSA, ADFS, or RADIUS.
