TikTok Shop Growth Consultant

📋 Description

• Fully remote, 6-month contract to launch TikTok Shop for merchants.
• Own onboarding for pilot merchants via a 6-8 week launch and scale sprint.
• Assist with store readiness, Seller Center setup, catalog, QA, and listing optimization.
• Teach merchants to use AfterShip Feed Listing and Affiliates during launch.
• Run weekly check-ins, track blockers, escalate issues, and maintain launch trackers.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on TikTok Shop seller, DTC, or TSP ops.
• AM or ops lead experience at TikTok Shop or a leading TSP partner.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopify.
• Catalog, listing, PDP optimization, and launch readiness workflows.
• Familiar with affiliate and creator operations.
• Merchant-facing, detail-oriented, and able to create clean process docs.
• Able to turn operational insights into product features with Product.
• North America-based preferred; bilingual helpful.
