• College diploma/degree with 1-3 years TMF experience.
• Understanding of TMF, regulatory guidance, ALCOA.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to identify challenges and implement solutions.
