Toddler Guide

📋 Description

• Coordinate with a lead guide to plan the Montessori/RIE environment.
• Manage diapering and toileting using Montessori/RIE techniques.
• Ensure daily care per procedures, standards, and licensing guidelines.
• Maintain visual supervision and child safety at all times.
• Observe and document observations regularly for each child.
• Provide developmental reports to parents and conduct parent conferences three times per year.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in education/child development.
• 3 years experience in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of child development; Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques.
• Observation and documentation skills; strong oral and written communication.
• Bonus: Fluency in languages other than English.
