📋 Description

• Advise on legal, regulatory, and risk aspects of token listings.
• Lead token listing due diligence (whitepapers, tokenomics, project structures).
• Review listing applications for regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate listing agreements.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulators to address risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, BD, Risk, and Product on governance.

🎯 Requirements

• JD/LLB or equivalent and eligible to practice.
• 4+ years legal experience, fintech/blockchain/digital assets.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, financial markets, or token offerings.
• Strong knowledge of global crypto regs, securities laws (SEC, MiCA, MAS).
• Excellent communication, legal writing, stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, cross-border environment.
