Tool Install Superintendent

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, EHS and stakeholders on installation plans.
• Lead rigging, mechanical, electrical and controls teams during install and commissioning.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained; resolve issues promptly during installation.
• Assist in developing and tracking budgets for installations.
• Organize, validate and document installation and preventive maintenance in CMMS/EAM systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in hands-on maintenance supervision/management for custom manufacturing equipment installation.
• 2+ years in hands-on technical maintenance or fabrication.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet aggressive timelines.
• Experience in contractor management and custom manufacturing equipment installations.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; Bachelor's degree or significant related experience.
