Tool Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot tooling, machinery, and packaging equipment to identify wear
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, calibration
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules in line with manufacturer recommendations and

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical
• Previous experience as a Tool Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or in a similar
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, repair procedures, and
• Familiarity with calibration procedures, precision measuring instruments, and equipment adjustment
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and electrical schematics.
