📋 Description

• Support compensation modeling, market pricing, salary range development, offer analysis, and pay
• Support key compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, equity refresh, promotions, and off-cycle
• Build reports and analyses that help identify pay trends, internal equity considerations, market
• Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data through audits, reporting, documentation, and
• Improve Total Rewards processes through cleaner data, stronger documentation, scalable workflows
• Optimize benefits administration processes, audit enrollments, invoice reconciliation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, People Operations
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets usage
• Experience supporting compensation work such as market pricing, salary ranges, offers, merit
• Experience supporting benefits administration, employee inquiries, open enrollment, vendor
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and discretion when working with confidential employee
• Clear communicator who has experience explaining compensation and benefits topics to employees
