📋 Description

• Works the queue of life event changes and benefits inquiries, confirms each change lands correctly
• Runs leave intake through return, keeps status tracking current, and sends timely updates to
• Audits benefits and compensation data on a recurring cadence, resolves eligibility file errors with
• Fulfills required benefits reporting and filing requirements such as audits, 5500 filings
• Triage escalated tickets through Kinfolk (AI based HR ticketing & workflow system), and enhance
• Reviews benefits invoices, supports invoice processing.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5 or more years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR
• You have owned processes from intake to accurate completion, working independently with review at
• You have working knowledge of benefits programs (health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k), COBRA)
• You bring strong attention to detail with data, including auditing eligibility files, reconciling
• You make sound calls with incomplete information and know when to escalate with a recommendation.
• You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation with employees, vendors, Payroll, and
