Total Rewards Analyst (EMEA) (Position located in South Africa)

📋 Description

• Manage the benefits renewal process across EMEA countries, coordinating with brokers, vendors, and
• Administer benefits enrollment and setup for new hires, ensuring accurate and timely elections
• Review, reconcile, and process vendor and carrier invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Support administration of pension and retirement programs, including contributions, enrollments
• Draft and distribute clear benefits communications to employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Monitor and support compliance with local benefits regulations and reporting requirements across

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, ideally with
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits and
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with EMEA and US time zones as needed.
