Total Rewards Manager

📋 Description

• Design and continuously improve compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs
• Lead annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonuses, and pay reviews
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
• Lead enterprise-wide benefits programs, driving vendor management, renewals, and cost optimization
• Develop and drive SIXT's total rewards strategy in close partnership with HR and Finance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, pay transparency requirements, and internal governance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of deep expertise in total rewards, including advanced compensation design, incentive
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications
• Advanced proficiency in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing tools, HRIS
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders, translate complex data
• Highly accountable, outcome-driven, and continuously raising the bar by proactively identifying
