📋 Description

• Architect compensation models for salary bands, market pricing, geographic differentials, and
• Leverage AI platforms for exploratory data analysis and automate data transformation
• Model executive total compensation, short-term incentives, and long-term equity strategies
• Design global equity frameworks and partner with stock administration on equity workflows
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering on Workday Compensation design and rollouts
• Ensure data integration between Workday, payroll, external survey platforms, and analytical

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, equity strategy, or People Analytics
• Proven track record in global compensation and equity program design with Finance
• Experience with change management and enablement programs including training development
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation
• Strong familiarity with Carta for equity analytics and grant administration
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot for data analysis and report
