As a Total Rewards Partner, you will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards
You will support leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance to drive fair and
Responsible for the Sales Market (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary) rewards programs
Lead execution of compensation, benefits, mobility, and other rewards programs at the Sales Market
Oversee annual rewards processes including salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, and market
Ensure compliance with global Total Rewards policies and local legislation.

A degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Solid background in compensation and benefits or Total Rewards in international/matrix environments.
Ability to translate complex reward topics into practical recommendations.
Strong analytical skills with data, benchmarking, and compensation structure experience.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on reward decisions.
Strong communication and influencing skills; able to explain topics clearly.

Full-time role based in Prague, Czech Republic with hybrid work (4 days in-office / 1 day flexible).
