Total Rewards & People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own Total Rewards end to end: run the annual salary review, keep benchmarks honest, and build
• Manage benefits across the Netherlands, the UK, Germany and Belgium, work with providers, and keep
• Manage the equity program: grants, refreshers, and making sure people understand what their equity
• Prepare Eye for pay transparency: work with Legal and Finance to be ready for the EU directive.
• Be the trusted partner for leaders in security operations and customer support: coaching
• Be visible: be on the floor in The Hague, listening to what’s actually going on.

🎯 Requirements

• HRBP experience in a scaling tech environment. Know what good looks like at 200+ people.
• Hands-on reward experience. Around a year in a reward or C&B role, or several reward projects
• Comfortable with numbers. Can build a comp analysis in a spreadsheet and explain it to a manager
• Strong stakeholder management and the presence to challenge back, including senior leadership
• Genuinely comfortable with ambiguity. Problems don’t come with a manual; prefer to solve them
• Hands-on, working knowledge of Dutch labor law, and know when to bring in an expert.
