📋 Description

• Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting that leadership and HRBPs actually use.
• Maintain and extend compensation ranges across hubs, including new locations and cooperation models.
• Run the mechanics of our compensation review cycles: matrices, budget models, scenario costing
• Run market benchmarking end to end: data submissions, survey analysis, positioning conclusions, and
• Support the EU Pay Transparency rollout: pay gap analysis, action plans where gaps exceed
• Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation and levelling.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with a deep understanding of compensation
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing effective compensation and benefits practices for
• Strong ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data, identify trends, and make
• Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and
• You are considered an Excel expert by your peers, have advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, successful execution.
