📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Pave; ensure data integrity across platform
• Support comp review cycles: merit, promotions, and benchmarking
• Assist with job leveling and salary band maintenance
• Prepare compensation reports for People and Finance leadership
• Ensure data accuracy in Rippling; flag discrepancies
• Own benefits enrollment operations and inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, total rewards, benefits, or related
• Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms and carrier administration
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools; Pave experience a strong plus
• Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS
• Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a global, fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and vendor relationships
