  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, total rewards, benefits, or related
  • Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms and carrier administration
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools; Pave experience a strong plus
  • Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS
  • Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a global, fast-moving environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and vendor relationships
