• Host, guide, interpreter, and group manager for seniors on multi-country trips.
• Provide leadership and ensure travellers’ safety and a smooth tour.
• Maintain itinerary closely; adjust only when necessary.
• Keep calm under stress, follow protocol, and provide flexible solutions.
• Ensure partner services meet quality, safety and sustainability standards.
• Keep track of daily spending and stay within trip budget.

🎯 Requirements

• English (C2) and fluent Spanish for client communication.
• Right to work/guide in Peru.
• First Aid Certification (CPR and Heimlich).
• Extensive knowledge of Peru as a travel destination; passion to share it.
• Engaging, reliable and well organized; high energy and positive attitude.
• Tech ready: internet, email, Google apps; smartphone (Android 14 or iOS 13+).
