Tour Conductor for Southern Africa (German, French or Dutch speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead a 2-3 week all-country trip for small groups (4-10 travelers) in Southern Africa.
• Serve as host and representative of Ventura TRAVEL with the group.
• Provide clear information about destinations and share enthusiasm for the region.
• Be first point of contact for clients during the trip and ensure safety.
• Handle occasional cash payments with local partners; monitor service quality and sustainability.
• Deliver authentic, sustainable travel experiences and friendly, helpful service.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of German, French or Dutch for client communications.
• Resident of SA/Namibia/Botswana with National Tour Guide license and PdP.
• Strong knowledge of flora, fauna, history and current affairs in Southern Africa.
• Fluent in English and German OR French OR Dutch; strong cultural awareness.
• Engaging, reliable, organized with openness and a positive attitude.
• Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
