Lead travellers, ensure safety and a smooth tour.
Maintain itinerary; adjust only when necessary.
Stay calm under stress, follow protocol, and provide flexible solutions.
Ensure partner services meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Track daily spending and keep expenses within trip budget.

🎯 Requirements

Advanced English (C2); fluent in Spanish.
Valid work/guide permissions for Mexico.
First Aid Certification (CPR and Heimlich maneuver).
Extensive knowledge of Mexico as a travel destination.
Interest in sustainable, local, authentic travel.
Engaging, reliable, and well organized.
