📋 Description

• Serve as PURAVENTURA host, guide, interpreter for 6-12 seniors on 2-3 week trips.
• Lead travellers and ensure safety and a smooth tour.
• Maintain the itinerary with changes only when necessary.
• Stay calm under stress, follow protocol, provide flexible solutions.
• Ensure partner services meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Track daily spending, receipts, and keep expenses within budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced French or German (C2); fluent in Spanish.
• Costa Rica work/guide permissions.
• CPR and Heimleich manoeuvre First Aid cert.
• Extensive knowledge of Costa Rica as a travel destination.
• Interest in sustainable, local, authentic travel.
• Engaging, reliable, well-organized.
