📋 Description

• Lead groups of 4-12 on 2-3 week Japan tours as host and company rep.
• Provide clear information about visited places and show enthusiasm for Japan.
• Be the first contact for customers during the trip.
• Ensure traveler safety and smooth tour operations.
• Monitor partner services for quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Share a positive experience with guests from German-speaking countries.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion to show authentic culture and people of Japan.
• Advanced knowledge of German for client communication.
• Very good knowledge of Japanese language for tour organization.
• You have a valid working visa for Japan.
• Extensive knowledge of Japan's history, traditions, daily life.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
