Tour Leader for Portugal (German speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead small groups (4–12 travelers) on 1-2 week Portugal tours.
• Share Portugal's culture and local experiences with travelers.
• Plan, prepare, and adapt daily itineraries (Plan B ready).
• Provide excellent customer service and answer traveler questions.
• Ensure traveler safety and uphold partner standards.
• Handle emergencies calmly using established procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion and knowledge of Portugal's culture, people, and history.
• Advanced German (C1) and good Portuguese (B2).
• Currently living in Portugal or has spent at least 1 year there.
• Valid work permissions as TC/guide; First Aid and CPR certified.
• Organized, reliable, motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Team player; cooperative, communicative, professional.
