Tour Leader in India for Karmaventura (German or French speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead small groups (2–12 travelers) on 2–3 week India tours.
• Plan daily itineraries and adapt with Plan B as needed.
• Attend training sessions and pre-tour briefings to stay prepared.
• Support travelers with questions and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure traveler safety and uphold partner safety and quality.
• Handle emergencies calmly and follow established procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Language: Advanced German (C1) or French (C1) for client comms.
• Currently living in India or have lived there for at least 1 year.
• Permissions to work as TC and/or guide; First Aid, CPR.
• Organized, reliable, motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Cooperative, communicative, and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh; local languages.
