Tour Leader in Sri lanka for Karmaventura (German or French speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead groups of 2-12 travelers on 2-3 week Sri Lanka tours.
• Share destination knowledge and culture with travelers.
• Plan and adapt itineraries; always have a Plan B.
• Attend training sessions and pre-tour briefings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and emergency readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• German (C1) or French (C1) for client communication; local language skills.
• Lived in Sri Lanka for at least one year.
• Valid permissions to work as TC/guide; First Aid, CPR, Heimlich maneuver.
• Organized, reliable, motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Strong English communication; knowledge about Sri Lanka.
• Team player; cooperative and professional demeanor.
