Toxin Brand Manager

📋 Description

• Drive assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions that can have
• Strategize with PSM for negotiations and lead negotiations for new contracts or extensions with
• Communicate and escalate issues that threaten assurance of supply; work with cross-functional teams
• Create viable Brand plan, financial plan, LRP, risk management, and lifecycle strategies.
• Act as primary interface with Commercial to develop and gain agreement on Brand/Product forecasts.
• Provide central point of contact for stakeholders from Commercial, R&D, S&T, Legal, Tax

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or
• Proven experience in managing effective teams and fostering collaboration across organizational
• Demonstrated success as a collaborative team player.
• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities to deliver results.
