📋 Description

• Lead technical, operational, and deployment of automation initiatives.
• Innovate factory processes for automated manufacturing.
• Work with factory teams to achieve OKRs for automation and continuous improvement.
• Draft requirements documents and RFQ/RFPs for automated equipment.
• Engage with vendors to construct machines aligned with specs and standards.
• Design and execute FAT/SAT and commissioning of automation equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Advanced Manufacturing & high-speed automation (Automation/Process Eng, TPM).
• Strong background prioritizing AMEs and Suppliers from Conceptual Design through SAT.
• Experience managing high-budget projects, RFQ to PO, travel up to 30%.
• Strong technical problem solving in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to run automation programs with minimal supervision.
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or allied technical subject.
