TPM: Operational Targeting Products

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for operational targeting capabilities, aligning engineering work
• Lead Agile sprint and release planning, backlog prioritization, grooming, and tradeoff decisions
• Translate operator, customer, and field feedback into clearly defined engineering requirements and
• Track dependencies across engineering, client, cloud, QA, and other technical functions
• Maintain program readiness, risk, delivery status, KPIs, and post-release outcomes, providing clear
• Establish definitions of done and drive release quality, regression discipline, operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a comparable role
• Experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to establish accountability, support
• Proven experience owning software delivery across multiple engineering disciplines, including
• Strong Agile expertise, including backlog management, sprint and release planning, dependency
• Technical fluency and confidence participating in engineering design discussions and evaluating

• Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, plus bonus and equity.
