📋 Description

• Support in-store sell-through programs and promotional execution
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and shopper engagement
• Provide market feedback and execution insights to sales and trade marketing teams
• Support new account onboarding and launch execution
• Deliver brand and product education to dispensary staff
• Ensure merchandising and activation standards are established from day one

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in cannabis, beverage alcohol, field marketing, retail activation, or
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a highly field-based role
• Strong attention to detail and execution standards
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile tools, and reporting platforms
