📋 Description

• Ensure full compliance with IMMEX, Annex 24 & 30, LGIS, ISR/IVA certifications, and other
• Interpret and implement updates related to the 2026 Mexican Customs Law, including enhanced
• Work with the US Customs Director on U.S. Customs requirements related to cost reconciliation
• Manage compliance with CTPAT and OEA security standards across all sites.
• Guarantee accurate operation of Annex 24 inventory control software, ensuring configuration
• Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and validate the effect of BOM structure on backflush

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Trade Compliance leadership roles under IMMEX (Director or Senior
• Bilingual
• Degree in Comercio Exterior y Aduanas, LAE, or similar
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to coach teams at all levels
• Expertise in HTS Classification, Annex 22/24/30 systems, ERP integration, IMMEX compliance, FTA
