Trade Desk Representative, 24/7 Coverage

📋 Description

• Provide 24/7 trading support for futures, futures options, 24-hour stock trading.
• Resolve trade disputes and order-entry issues during overnight/weekend sessions.
• Analyze customer positions to assess risk and potential exposures.
• Work with self-directed investors to identify needs and offer risk solutions.
• Deliver friendly, accurate support via phone, email, or chat.
• Act as primary contact for urgent customer issues during the shift.

🎯 Requirements

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 certifications.
• 3-5 years in high-volume customer service, trading ops, or a trade desk.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with options, futures, and futures options.
• Overnight or off-hours trading operations experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to at least one year in overnight shift before potential transition to day shift.
