📋 Description

• Deliver transformation projects across post-trade transformation initiatives within investment
• Analyze and improve end-to-end post-trade processes across trade capture, enrichment, allocation
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear process and technology changes, working
• Support improvements across areas such as Same-Day Affirmation (SDA), STP, settlement readiness
• Drive delivery through requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, testing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience within corporate and investment banking, capital markets or
• Strong understanding and experience in trade lifecycle and post-trade operations, with experience
• Experience delivering process improvement and technology-enabled transformation within complex
• Knowledge of relevant post-trade technologies and standards, such as DTCC CTM or equivalent, FIX
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations
