  • Provide external-facing support for client trading workflows during extended hours.
  • Monitor health and performance of trading systems and connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate operational, connectivity, and client issues in real time.
  • Collaborate with Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales to support client experience.
  • Execute daily operations and drive improvements to trade desk workflows.
  • Document incidents and resolutions for transparency and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations
  • Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows
  • Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment
  • Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred
  • SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
