Manage relationships with manufacturers, health systems, and partners to support access.
Serve as primary contact for medication access issues and resolve barriers.
Represent Shields at industry meetings to strengthen partnerships and growth.
Lead manufacturer presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and drug access submissions.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer, regulatory, FDA, and REMS requirements.
Travel up to 30%.

🎯 Requirements

PharmD preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years in specialty pharmacy, trade relations, or market access.
Strong relationship-building, account management, and communication.
Ability to engage manufacturers, health system leaders, stakeholders.
Knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations and LDDs preferred.
Advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills; exec presence with senior leaders.
