Tradelane Operations Intern

📋 Description

• Maintain and update detailed sailing schedules within Core, coordinating closely with Gateway teams
• Ensure accurate publishing and alignment of schedules, and provide timely communication to all
• Reduce mismatch between auto-sourcing outputs and actual offline schedules through diligent review
• Support the speedy release of SOs (Shipping Orders) to the correct sailings, especially with
• Collaborate with teams across Gateway Planning, Product, and BCO Management to support schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced operations
• Good communication skills and the ability to proactively coordinate with multiple teams and
• Proficiency with digital tools; prior experience with supply chain platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
