📋 Description

• Run, analyze and improve automated liquidity strategies
• Work closely with clients to respond to their needs and enhance the enterprise value of the desk
• Manage risk and ideate trading strategies in a fast-paced team environment
• Drive commercials, interact with clients, and network to bring in new business
• Configure and tune strategy parameters in response to changing market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in market making, quantitative trading, electronic trading or institutional desk (crypto
• Commercially aware, fast-paced, and intense mindset
• Strong understanding of financial markets, DeFi, algorithmic trading, and crypto TGEs/listing
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, AI tooling, and/or SQL
