TradFi Presales Lead

📋 Description

• Proactively develop and acquire traditional financial institution clients; build and maintain a
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver
• Lead client negotiations and commercial terms discussions; drive contract execution and partnership
• Continuously monitor existing institutional clients' business developments, identify incremental
• Regularly produce market insights and competitive analysis; relay institutional clients' product
• Achieve sales targets (core KPIs including AUM growth, trading volume, new client acquisition, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales/BD experience in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management
• Established institutional client network with the ability to quickly engage senior decision-makers
• Basic understanding of — or strong willingness to learn about — crypto assets, digital asset
• Fluent in English, capable of conducting professional communications independently with global
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented; comfortable in a high-intensity, fast-paced work
