📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Tech and Trading on incidents.
• Provide 24/7 support to Entain's Trading teams globally.
• Monitor, log, and evaluate Trading Incidents.
• Escalate issues and assist investigations.
• Handle basic sportsbook and trading queries from customer teams.
• Night shift role; training on day shifts with office presence.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level education is desirable but not essential.
• Clearly document and explain issues in a structured way.
• Summarise trading and incident information with guidance.
• Be accurate and thorough in completing tasks.
• Experience in operational, trading, or technical support desirable.
• Interest in sports betting or incident management.
