Trading Initiatives & Business Manager

📋 Description

• Evaluate new trading opportunities across multi-asset classes and new markets using AI-assisted
• Conduct competitor analysis tracking strategies, new instruments, exchange activity, and market
• Oversee listings of new prediction market contracts, tokens, and coins from Trading perspective
• Maintain a rolling pipeline and prioritized roadmap of new trading initiatives
• Own project management of trading initiatives end-to-end: project plans, timelines, action logs
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams ensuring milestones and escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in trading, strategy, project management, business management, or financial
• Working knowledge of TradFi, crypto, or prediction/event markets
• Project and programme management skills: Agile / Scrum methodology, SDLC, and Jira
• Experience or keen interest in AI tools (LLMs, AI research assistants, automation platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
