• Site Operations: maintain website with product listings, promotions, and categories
• Trading Support: manage onsite trading calendar and timely promotional activity
• Performance Reporting: assist with weekly/monthly KPI reporting across regions
• Content & SEO: update metadata and landing page content for SEO
• Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate with Design, Product, Marketing
• Quality Assurance: audit site journeys for bugs and messaging inconsistencies
