Trading Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades
• Perform key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete
• Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and
• Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Must have worked in your current NinjaTrader position for at least 6 months
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software/computer issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
