Collaborate with trading desks, IT, and compliance to resolve issues.
Ensure trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
Gather client feedback to improve services and tools.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics or related field.
2–3 years in brokerage ops, trading, or related field.
Experience in customer support and relationship management.
Familiarity with trading platforms, equities, and FIX protocol; options a bonus.
FINRA Series 7/63 or local equivalent with willingness to obtain in 6 months.
Strong communication, client relationship, and English skills.
