• Assist Traders with identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, and escalating issues across
• Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of sport and competition configurations across
• Test and monitor application features to verify functionality, usability, and navigation.
• Contribute to compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing activities.
• Communicate with external data providers and manage or support relevant ticketing processes.
• Conduct daily reviews of betting content to identify potential issues or inconsistencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays within a 24/7, 365-day operational
• Extensive knowledge of sports, particularly the four major professional sports leagues.
• Knowledge of esports is considered an asset.
• Previous sports betting knowledge or professional experience is an advantage.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
