Trading Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Take ownership of trading operations and on-call coverage during APAC hours
• Monitor live vaults and strategies, investigate alerts, and identify unexpected behavior or
• Respond to operational incidents following established playbooks and escalating when needed
• Work with teams across timezones to improve operational processes, incident response procedures
• Stay close to crypto and broader financial markets, identifying developments that could impact
• Support Business Development in technical discussions with APAC partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working directly with live financial markets, ideally in trading operations, execution
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies
• Actively follows crypto and traditional financial markets, comfortable making decisions as new
• Good judgment under pressure, confidence to investigate issues independently
• Strong technical aptitude, able to understand how trading strategies work without being a software
• Excellent communication skills, experience working across teams and explaining technical concepts
