Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality
Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time
Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps
Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations
Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth
Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues

🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or brokerage environment
Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets
Familiarity with trading platforms
Python scripting skills — ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data
SQL skills — writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
