Trading Partner Solutions Manager

📋 Description

• Primary relationship manager for trading partners and advisor
• Lead client meetings and quarterly reviews; present data-driven insights
• Translate partner needs into technical and operational solutions
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to align solutions with roadmap
• Travel 10-25% including overnight travel
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing roles (account management, analyst, solutions, or TAM)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Strategic thinker; develops partnership strategies aligned with goals
• Strong communication; builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) a plus; healthcare regulations knowledge a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented
