📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop PPC and Affiliate Managers, establish clear performance expectations
• Conduct regular performance reviews, clarify individual responsibilities, and monitor progress
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across PPC and affiliate channels, allocating and
• Oversee paid acquisition activities, including keyword bidding, campaign structure, audience
• Guide affiliate acquisition strategies, negotiate partnerships, evaluate partner economics, and
• Discover, test, validate, and scale new acquisition channels

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, including
• Demonstrated ability to balance team management with direct involvement in campaign execution
• Proven experience managing substantial acquisition budgets
• Strong practical knowledge of paid search campaign management, keyword bidding, creative testing
• Deep understanding of affiliate partnership models, commercial negotiations, and partner economics
• In-depth understanding of CAC, CPA, conversion rates, payback periods, ROAS, LTV, and other
