• Finding relevant Christian creators on TikTok and reaching out via email and DM
• Leading conversations with creators up to a signed contract — answering questions, collecting
• Handing over clear briefs: format, hook, sound, posting frequency
• Monitoring brief compliance and posting schedules, and tracking video performance
• Following TikTok trends and competitor content, and generating hypotheses for new creative

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher — you feel confident writing to US creators and keeping
• A native feel for TikTok — you understand formats, sounds, and hooks, and can tell why one video
• Clear, structured writing — you can turn a creative idea into a brief a creator understands the
• Strong attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks in your inbox, trackers, or deadlines
• Confidence with Google Sheets and Notion for keeping the creator pipeline organized
• Experience in SMM, PR, sales, customer support, or other communication-heavy roles is a plus
