📋 Description

• You will complete an 18-month trainee program in the Digital Experience Software Development
• You’ll work on booking/post-booking processes, customer data, and digital products like mobile
• Participate in international projects and gain a cross-functional network across the company.
• Attend trainings (soft and hard skills) and work with leaders from different departments.
• Receive mentorship and an individual development plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: Internships or student jobs in Software Development preferred.
• Tools: Strong coding ability; eagerness to learn new tools.
• Soft Skills: Able to explain complex topics, highly numerate, precise work.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or other languages a plus.
